30 Day Water Challenge

In light of my recent post on New Years Resolution, I have decided to take on the Water Challenge for 30 days starting from Sunday, 1st March 2015. The only way to  actually achieve a certain goal is looking at it and working on it. One step at a time. This year I am looking at healthier food options and living a healthy lifestyle by making better food and drink choices. So for example, a glass of water over a glass of juice.

We all know the importance of drinking water and including it into our daily diet. When I went to Nigeria over the holidays, I was incredibly hot borderline melting, water became my new bff. It cooled me down and kept me hydrated. I was always thirsty and water was the only liquid that could quench it. Drinking 2 litres of water a day certainly helped me lose a bit of weight, my pores opened up and my skin looked clearer even without make up. Ever since returning to London, my love affair with water has dwindled. I think it's the change in the temperature. So being cold, I am more likely to put the kettle on for a cup of tea or coffee rather than just drink cold water. No one wants to get colder than they already are.

So, without beating around the bush, here is what my 30 day water challenge will look like. I will write another post outlining the benefits I will undoubtedly receive from this challenge and hopefully, as I do it, I will implement it throughout the year.

Be Inspired people! Drink more water! Who is with me?

xoxo
