I knew the conversation will quickly lead to how I need to do sit ups to tighten my tummy muscles. My youngest child is 4 so I have gone past the baby fat stage. Honestly, exercising bores me but I know how effective and necessary it is. My personality is such that I am willing to give anything that is beneficial to myself and others a really good go/effort. Admittedly I need support and motivation so here is my little proposal.... Over the next 30 days, I will partake in my own personal 30 days Sit Up Challenge that will look exactly like this:
I know the success result I got from the Water Challenge which I will incorporate with this challenge too. I saw little changes like I was more hydrated and clearer skin etc, so it's a win win situation.
So let's hope after 30 days of this exercise challenge my girls can stop asking me if we are expecting another bubba!
I have nothing to loose.. Except a big tummy. Wish Me Luck!
