I love music. The sound, the beats, but most especially how it makes me feel. I'm always inspired listening to a Christian gospel song. Every song I have shared on this blog has ministered to me and lifted me up. There are different songs for different moods. Sometimes I just want to worship God and his awesomenes, other times I just want to thank God for what He has done in my life, and sometimes all I want to do is cry to God. A song must move me from the depths of my spirit. I have to feel every lyric. I really thank God that I find new sources of inspiration everyday. Sometimes all I listen to is one song for the whole week. Yes, that's just my personality, I can love a song so much, I stalk it, I get totally obsessed by it. I can listen to it on repeat for a whole week, learn the lyrics, adlibs, riffs and runs. When I'm not listening to it, I'm meditating on the lyrics and the rhythm.
I even get my children hooked on he song because they hear it so much even when it's not on, they are singing it back to me. It's good for them.
