Vegan Sources Of Iron

During my first and second pregnancies, I suffered from anaemia. My iron levels were incredibly low. Now if you ever experience low iron during your life, try these vegan sources of iron to help boost up your iron levels. It's worth a try, trust me.


My favourite on the list are of course cashew nuts and spinach. I don't do tofu, sorry. Not yet anyway.
