She had this stew she had prepared a couple of days prior, sitting in the fridge and was wondering what to do with it. First of all, my sister does not eat food that is more than two days old! That's a given. And secondly, when she cooks, she cooks like she is cooking for 5,000! lol. She is working on her cooking portions. I kept coming up with ideas and thought I could write a post on it. Rather than let good fresh healthy food go to waste, why not refurbish your stew.
